Kishkinda skin care system is a little different from others. All the products in Kishkindha are created with oxygen. 

The skin needs oxygen just as the body does. Without the oxygen the skin also asphyxiates and "dies". The skin literally cannot breathe and gather the nutrients that it needs. But Kishkindha can help with that. The other thing that Kishkindha can help with is acne. Many times the bacteria that creates acne is anaerobic, meaning "no oxygen". When you add oxygen to the bacteria it often kills them. I will not say it will kill them since there are many types of bacteria, but it definitely can hurt them.
